All This Time

$2,400.00

I didn't paint for over a decade after university.
After being made redundant, I finally found the courage to return to painting. Inspired by Forest Glade Gardens in Mount Macedon, this became one of my first original paintings after all those years.

Returning to painting brought a mixture of emotions. There was sadness for the years I'd spent away from something I loved, but also relief and excitement in finally painting again. Looking back, this painting reminds me that even after all this time, something I loved had never really left me.

Acrylic on Canvas

100 x 100cm
